Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your relationship with our OEM tissue machinery manufacturing services operated by our company.
By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Products & Services
We manufacture and supply OEM tissue paper machinery including:
- Tissue converting equipment
- Rewinding machines
- Perforating and embossing units
- Packaging machinery
- Custom automation solutions
Orders & Payment
Order Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual purchase agreements with deposit required upon order confirmation.
Delivery & Risk
Delivery Terms
Delivery terms are specified according to Incoterms 2020. Standard terms are EXW (Ex Works) from our manufacturing facility in China.
Risk Transfer
Risk of loss or damage transfers to buyer according to the agreed Incoterms in the purchase agreement.
Warranty & Limitations
Product Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, covering replacement parts and technical support.
Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the equipment. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.
Intellectual Property
All designs, technical documentation, and proprietary information remain our intellectual property. Customers receive a license to use such information solely for equipment operation and maintenance.
Reverse engineering, copying, or reproduction of our designs and technology is strictly prohibited without written consent.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, technical specifications, pricing, and business terms disclosed during the business relationship.
This confidentiality obligation survives termination of business relationship and continues for a period of 5 years.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with CIETAC rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
