Automatic High-Speed Toilet Paper/ Maxi Roll Rewinding Machine is for toilet paper roll/maxi roll processing.
The machine has a core feeding unit and can do both with and without the core. Raw material from the jumbo roll after full embossing or edge embossing, then perforation, end cutting, and spray the tail glue become a log. Then it can work with cutting machine and packing machine to become the finished products. The machine is controlled by PLC, people operate it through the touch screen, the whole process is automatic, easy to operate, lowers the man cost. And Our machine can be special-made according to clients’ requirements.

- This machine is for making toilet paper rolls, the whole structure is wall-type, which make the machine run stable at high speed, and noiseless.
- Perforation distance is adjustable to meet different distance needs.
- Automatic core feeding system, automatically pushing the log after rewinding, then rewinding the new log again.
- Automatic edge-trimming, glue spraying, and sealing synchronously at one time. Leaving 10-18mm tail, easy to rewind again, so reducing shortcut waste and saving the cost.
- Adopts international advanced PLC programmable controlling technique, man-machine interface operation, data set and parametric fault shows on the touch screen.
- Adopts 4 pieces high Precision spiral knives, low noise, clear perforation, adopt gearbox to have a bigger range.
- Two wall-type back stands, pneumatic lifting system, with wide driving flat belts; each jumbo roll can be adjusted independently.
